My double room with a lovely view, a very comfortable bed, for example was nicely furnished. The restaurant served a good choice of meals for breakfast. The location was stunning and fantastic, for example, a grand marble-striped cathedral was at a moderate distance from the hotel.

That was beautifully kept hotel set in very convenient area, adjacent to Palazzo Nicolaci, and the city's historic centre. I booked bright, well-designed room with a lovely view, great beds and balconies. An electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware were an advantage. The atmosphere created was quiet. I greatly enjoyed 2 nights in this property.

The owners of the property were so obliging and even came out late to meet us when we were delayed. the location was perfect, right off the main street and close to all the main attractions of the city. We also enjoyed breakfast at a nearby café, where we got to experience authentic Italian pastries and coffee.

That communication could have been better. It would have been helpful to have received instructions on what to do upon arrival a few days ahead, especially since the owners were not on site.

I got great value for my money at Casa Modica with a spacious and well-decorated room. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions in the old town, and the staff treated me with such helpfulness and friendliness.

I recently stayed at Casa Modica for New Year's Eve and it was the perfect choice. The location was ideal, just steps away from the center of town. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Thomas at reception. The room itself was beautifully renovated with unique and interesting features. Additionally, the breakfast vouchers for nearby cafes provided a delicious start to each day.

casa modica - luxury rooms was a fantastic place to stay! the rooms were super clean and stylish - with a great view of the cathedral. the host was really friendly and gave us awesome local tips - like the famous "Rickshaw-Tour." the breakfast in the cute local café was yummy too!

We had a fantastic stay in the heart of the city, right in the old center. the location is perfect, just in front of the cathedral, allowing us to easily explore the charming streets of the Baroque city. the room was beautifully renovated, with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. the staff were friendly and accommodating, suggesting the best places to park and even waiting outside to help us with our bags. the breakfast at the nearby cafe was a delightful start to the day, with delicious pastries and coffee.

There was a slight issue with communication upon our arrival, as we were not provided with instructions on what to do ahead of time. the owners were very obliging in resolving the problem and we appreciate their prompt assistance.
